Wedding & Event Retainer Fee

Congratulations on your engagement and upcoming wedding! If you have been directed here, then you have personally consulted with Wendy at Morningside Meadows and completed the requirements for acceptance of your future event/wedding.

Morningside Meadows must acknowledge and accept you as an applicant for event work after a phone interview. All applicants are screened and any potential dates of the event must be available at the time of placing this retainer.

Event dates are available first come, first serve. We only accept one (1) event date per weekend and only 2 weekends per month during the growing season.

By purchasing this service product you will be placed on our event calendar for your upcoming planned event.

Upon placing this Retainer Fee you will be entitled to:

1-2 hour wedding consultation with support persons of your choice (up to 2).

2 hour photo session at Morningside Meadows. May include a professional photographer + 2 support people. Date of session must be approved 1-2 weeks prior.

1 Morningside Meadows tee and a gift set of Gracey’s watercolor art stickers.

Should there be a postponement, we agree to reschedule a new date within a 1 year timeframe and no later than 4 months prior to the new event date. We reserve the right to reject a new date for prior committments. We will not schedule a new date within 2 weeks of any other prior committments. We will make an honest effort to reschedule your event for all reasonable requests or events due to acts of God.

In the case of a cancellation— there will be no refund. You will be treated as a postponement until 1 year after the original date. At that point, all agreements will be null and void.

This fee is non-refundable and does not apply to the payment of flowers for your event.
