Lavender harvest 2026 is in at Morningside Meadows and these fresh cut & dried bunches are ready for culinary usefulness. Dried bundles come 35+ stems wrapped in pretty tissue. This is a 100% organic and fully edible herb. Lavender is a fun and unique garnish for cakes, cookies, sourdough or simply sweet placed in a vase at your kitchen window to stir your coffee or crumble on toast. They are fully dried in sanitary conditions and will hold for use all year long.
