Lavender harvest has begun at Morningside Meadows and these fresh cut fragrant blooms are at their prime! Harvest window is short, so get your orders in while inventory holds out. Bundles come 35+ stems wrapped in pretty tissue. This is a 100% organic and fully edible herb. Lavender is a fun and unique garnish for cakes, cookies, sourdough or simply sweet placed in a vase at your kitchen window to stir your coffee or crumble on toast. If you don’t use them fresh, then they will dry nicely if hung, then crush as a spice to use all year long.
