Are you looking for a temporary job (2-3 month) or longer term committment?

We will consider all options. If you want to give flower farming a try, we want to talk with you. The sky is the limit if you decide this is just the right job for you!

How early in 2025 are you available?

Normal weekly farm operations begin in April. We start spring planting as early as mid-March.

How late in 2025 are you available?

Regular seasonal work is needed until October. Fall farm work is our busiest season with normal harvest and includes fall/winter planting and tear down for the winter.

What days are you available?

Check all that apply. Not all days are necessary. This is a part time job which may be filled by more than one person. Tuesday is the most essential farm day. We just want an idea of when you are potentially available in order to make sure all times are covered.

Monday (afternoon/evening hours)

Would you be interested in attending a 6 week online flower farming course to learn this business?

If you are interested in long-term floristry employment that helps Morningside Meadows take flower farming to the next level, we are very interested in educating you to stick around for a successful future!

Do you have any business background, website development and/or book keeping experience?

This is not required, but may be helpful.

Are you interested in design work?

Not required. This is primarily a farming job, with minimal inside work. As we see potential, design skills may be tapped into as needed.

How local are you to the farm? Do you have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license?
